Microsoft is one of the two most prestigious properties on the entire board. Combined with its sister property, it commands the highest rents in the game. Even unimproved, a テクノロジー hit is painful — fully built, it is potentially game-ending.

Microsoft is at board position 39. Players reach it by landing on the corresponding square after rolling the dice from any earlier position, or by drawing a Chance card that advances them directly to a property.

Color Group Strategy

The two most prestigious properties on the board (Technology), sitting right before passing GO. This group features the highest base prices and the highest rents in the entire game. The catch: there are only two lots, so the monopoly is achievable but the build cost is steep.
